ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
What are the minimum number of days per stay?
We have a 2-night minimum stay for all our listings. This is because we have a limited amount of water on the property and cannot justify the costs of laundry and cleaning for only one nights stay.
What is the capacity for each listing?
The Apartment is good for 2 people, the Seaside Villa is good for 4 people, and the Whole House is good for 6 people. We allow a limited number of extra people for an additional fee, please check the listing on Airbnb. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property.
What is the location of the property?
Balay Kalachuchi is located in Palalong, Barili about 8 minutes from the town. The closest landmark is the Sula’s Bus Stop, just 50 meters up the main highway.
Are pets allowed?
PETS ARE ALLOWED BUT WITH SOME LIMITATIONS. We are animal lovers too, so we welcome pets into the property. Any pet you intend to bring must be declared at the time of booking, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed with any booking. We reserve the right to decline access to any undeclared pet and their owners.
We require all guests to clean up after their pets and only house-trained pets are allowed inside the house.
As pet owners we are sure that you understand the struggle of getting rid of pet hairs on upholstery and bedding. So, please refrain from letting your pets go on to the sofa, bed, or cushions. If your pets are shedding, we kindly request that you keep them outside of the house.
We have a dedicated pet-house located on the patio. It comes with pillows and food/water bowl for your fur-friends to use. All pets must be on-leash when unsupervised.
We are not responsible for any injury to your pets during your stay. Additionally, you are responsible for any damages to the property caused by your pets during your stay.
Extra cleaning fee of $1000 pesos will be applied for each instance of the above rules being breached.
